Please Note: Important Updates to the RSVP Process for 2025–26
As we begin the new membership year, there are a few important changes to the RSVP process you should be aware of:
🔹 Ganeshotsav RSVP: Stating on Sunday August 17th 2025
🔹 Enter your MV Membership Email ID when submitting your RSVP
🔹 Enter your credit card information during RSVP
🔹 Submit your RSVP
🔹 Check your RSVP receipt
❗ Can’t attend the event?
Please make sure to Cancel your RSVP at least 72 hours before the event through the self-cancellation option given your confirmation receipt.
✅ Event Day Reminder:
Don’t forget to check in at the Registration Desk on the day of the event.
⚠️ No-Show Policy:
If you do not check in or fail to cancel on time, a no-show fee will be charged as outlined in your RSVP receipt.
